Slopeside Mod is a completely renovated TRUE ski-in ski-out condo in beautiful Breckenridge. Leave your car in the free parking lot out front and walk everywhere from there! Peak 9 and the Quicksilver lift are directly out the back door. Dozens of restaurants and shops are a block away, so you don't have to deal with re-parking the car! There is access to a heated pool and hot tubs directly across the street at the Upper Village Pools. There is a beautiful new huge hot tub being constructed outside the back doors of the building that will be ready for ski season 2025-2026!

LIVING ROOM AND LOUNGE Because this is our personal family condo that I enjoy with my own kids, every detail was chosen with care, comfort, and functionality in mind. We fully renovated this space top to bottom so you can enjoy a crisp, welcoming environment right next to the slopes. Relax in front of the 70” Samsung Frame TV or cozy up by the thermostat-controlled gas fireplace. For extra guests, the living room sofa easily pulls out into a comfortable queen memory foam bed. KITCHEN & FULLY STOCKED COFFEE STATION Our kitchen has been 100% renovated with brand-new appliances, pots, pans, a crock pot, and utensils. To save you a trip to the store on your first morning, we provide a fully loaded coffee bar featuring both Nespresso and Keurig machines with plenty of complimentary pods, tea, sugar, and creamer. BEDROOM AND COVERED BALCONY The private bedroom features a King-sized Sleep Number bed, allowing you to adjust the firmness on each side of the mattress. The bedroom door opens directly onto a private covered balcony—the perfect spot to take in the crisp mountain air with your morning coffee. BATHROOM Fully updated bathroom featuring a deep Kohler soaking tub and shower, ideal for soothing sore muscles after a long day hitting the slopes. LAUNDRY Pay-per-use laundry facilities are conveniently located right by the elevator lobbies on floors 2 and 4. We keep the condo stocked with Tide pods and dryer sheets for your convenience. PERSONAL MANAGEMENT AND CARE This property is managed entirely by me, the owner—not a large corporate rental company. Because my family uses this home regularly, I am deeply invested in keeping it immaculately clean, meticulously maintained, and generously stocked. You will communicate with me directly, ensuring quick responses and a true home-away-from-home experience. My ultimate goal is for you to check out at the end of your stay, take a deep breath, and say, "That was such a relaxing vacation, and the condo had absolutely everything I needed."
Other Details to Note
The upper village pool will be closed for the offseason from 9/14-11/21. The brand new, beautiful hot tub in the building is open year round!
